This exercise is the second breathing exercise introduced at the Summer 2011 "Finding Real Happiness in Law School and Life Workshop" at Miami Law.  It introduces a counting instruction to a breath awareness practice.  This podcast is intended for use by the students, faculty and staff attending the workshop, though others may find it instructive.
