This exercise is an uncut version of the first breathing exercise introduced at the Summer 2011 "Finding Real Happiness in Law School and Life Workshop" at Miami Law.  It offers a basic breath awareness instruction, attending to posture and locating a place int he body to attend to the breath.  This podcast is intended for use by the students, faculty and staff attending the workshop, though others may find it instructive.
